An integrated red meat company is looking for a strategic financial partner

The project consists of an agricultural farm of 27 hectares located and a slaughterhouse located on a area of 2.5 hectares, of which 3000 m² are covered. The company is the first Tunisian red meat industry with permit, designed according to the international standards. This project is composed of: 1- a slaughter unit with a capacity of 50 heads of cattle and 300 heads of sheep (i.e. 5000 tons / year) 2- an approved cutting workshop capable of processing 4 tons of meat, 3- a laboratory with a production capacity of 3 tons (salami, ham, minced meat, etc.), 4- a cold department made up of 15 cold rooms including two bovine / sheep penetrant testing rooms (0 to 4 ° c) with a capacity of 15 tons each, a finished product storage warehouse (0 to 3 ° c) of 200 tons and a freezing tunnel (- 40 ° c) with a capacity of 3 tons, and 5- a water treatment station located on an area of 750 m² with a treatment capacity of 80 m3 per day and equipped with a storage basin of 720m3. //////////////////////////////////////////////////// \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Le projet est composé d’une ferme agricole de 27 Hectares et d’un abattoir érigé sur un terrain de 2,5 Hectares dont 3 000 m² couvert. La société est la première usine Tunisienne de viande rouge disposant d’un abattoir agréé, conçue conformément aux normes internationales. Ce projet est composé de : 1- une unité d’abattage d’une capacité de 50 têtes bovins et 300 têtes ovins (soit 5000 tonnes/an) 2- un atelier de découpe agréé pouvant traiter 4 tonnes de viandes, 3- un laboratoire de charcuterie agréé d’une capacité de production de 3 tonnes (salami, jambon, viande hachée, …), 4- un département froid composé de 15 chambres froides dont deux chambres de ressuage bovins / ovin (0 à 4 °c) d’une capacité de 15 tonnes chacune, un entrepôt de stockage produit finis (0 à 3 °c) de 200 tonnes et un tunnel de congélation (- 40°c) d’une capacité de 3 tonnes, et 5- une station de traitement des eaux usées érigée sur une surface de 750 m² dotée d’une capacité de traitement de 80 m3 par jour et équipée d’un bassin de stockage de 720m3. //////////////////////////////////////////////////// \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ يتكون المشروع من مزرعة بمساحة 27 هكتار ومسلخ مقام على قطعة أرض مساحتها 2.5 هكتار منها 3000 متر مربع مغطاة. الشركة هي أول مصنع تونسي للحوم الحمراء مع مسلخ متحصل على المصادقة البيطرية، مصمم وفقا للمعايير الدولية. يتكون هذا المشروع من: 1ـ وحدة ذبح بسعة 50 رأس ماشية و 300 رأس من الأغنام (أي 5000 طن / سنة) 2ـ ورشة تقطيع معتمدة قادرة على معالجة 4 أطنان من اللحوم ، 3ـ معمل لتقطيع و صناعة مشتقات اللحوم معتمد بسعة إنتاجية 3 أطنان (سلامي ، لحم مفروم ، إلخ) ، 4ـ قسم بارد يتكون من 15 غرفة تبريد بما في ذلك غرفتي اختبار للأبقار / الأغنام (0 إلى 4 درجات مئوية) بسعة 15 طنًا لكل منهما ، ومستودع تخزين المنتج النهائي (0 إلى 3 درجات مئوية) 200 طن ونفق التجميد (ناقس 40 درجة مئوية) بسعة 3 أطنان ، و 5ـ محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي التي أقيمت على مساحة 750 م 2 بطاقة معالجة 80 م 3 يوميا ومجهزة بحوض تخزين 720 م 3
